>Page 1 2 3 4 5 Procharged LS2 V8 Nissan 200sx S14. As it stands, This Procharged LS2 powered S14 is currently making over 650 whp, And traction has become a bit of an issue. So the decision was made to fit some Work Meister SP1's in a 9.5 x 18 ET8 fitment on the Front, and a 12 x 18 ET5 fitment Rear.
Obviously this isn't a straight forward task, as the Rear's are roughly 70mm wider than the standard fenders. The previous people to work on the car had also decided to blend everything in, which made the whole build slightly more awkward.
   Work Meister SP1
9.5 x 18 et8 Front - 12 x 18 et5 Rear. Chargespeed Overfender's were supplied, But as the widest these are available in, is a +50mm, Some modification's were necessary. To provide clearance for the wide wheels and large tires, The factory arches were cut and flared.
The previous arches were mostly created by a quarter inch of filler, We'll try and avoid this ! The Arches were marked out before being cut into segments. These were then flared outwards to provide the necessary wheel clearance. The arches were then shaped to provide the most clearance and strength. They were then trimmed back to a position where the Fiberglass Overfender's profile would sit neatly against the metal, Providing strength and an area to bond the fiberglass to. The Outer skin was then tacked in place. The Inner skin was then shaped to meet the Outer, And the two were then welded together.
